I couldn't get into this book at all. I liked The DaVinci code, but this just didn't seem to hook me in the same way that did. Trying to push historical accuracy on a work of fiction is folly.
I don't think it was supposed to necessarily be historically accurate -- just have enough elements to lend an air of authenticity. Does that mean you don't like any historical fiction?
I don't like fiction being taken as historically acurate non-fiction, is all.
