The numbers: 3.0 liter turbocharged V-6 diesel 215 hp @ 4k rpm 0 - 60 mph in 8 seconds! 7 speed automatic with paddle shifters 398 lb-ft of torque! 4Matic 4-wheel drive 7,200 lbs towing capacity! 4,817 lb curb weight! 600 miles per 25 gallon tank! MSRP $45,425, $1,000 more than a comparably equipped, gas powered ML 350. A bargain compared to some competitors: BMW X5 (gas), $46,675 Audi Q7 (gas), $48,350 Lexus GX (gas), $48,615 Volovo XC90 AWD (gas), $49,250 Porsche Cayenne S (gas), $57,900 VW Toureg (diesel), $68,320!
See I disagree because my comment supplies factual data about the car. I don't think that it adds to my feelings about the car's qualities, rather it puts forth data that readers my find helpful. I would have done the same thing if I had not liked the car. Though I admit that I crossed over into editorial with the way I phrased the price comparison lead in. However, had someone asked me for this information within the comments and I had answered them in the comments the same thing would have been accomplished. I doubt that anyone would view that as a violation. I just cut out the middleman.

Ten. Words.
Not ten words and a 90-word comment.

There's no "cutting out the middleman" if no one asked you for the information.
And if they had, I would suspect it was you anyway.
I view it as a personal attack on my character. And like always I am siding with beth.
